
Garfield School Kindergarten KEEP students completed the Storytime STEM unit. After reading the book Where the Wild Things are, students created boats paper boats and made them move using Robotics! The students coded a program to lead Max back to his bedroom and away from the wild things.

Garfield School: Mrs. Lonnay's Arts & Crafts Enrichment Program used oil pastels this week to create "Dragon Eyes." Students viewed different reptile eyes up close to gain inspiration for their drawings. They did an amazing job!

Garfield School students in Mrs. Kenig's Math class are exploring geometric measurement using line segments, lines, plots, and rays. They have also been working on classifying different types of angles.
