Did someone say fairy tales + engineering? 🧠🧩 Today at Garfield School, our KEEP first graders dove into their Fairy Tale unit with The Gingerbread Man — then put story into action by designing and building bridges to help him cross the river! 🏞️🍪 It was an amazing blend of reading, problem-solving, and teamwork.




Mrs. Berberian's class is diving into Europe’s Middle Ages, and students are having fun bringing history to life! At the end of each chapter, anyone who answers then Medieval Musings trivia question correctly gets to choose a day to serve as the class king or queen. On their royal day, they wear a crown, are addressed as “His/Her Majesty,” and enjoy making special classroom decisions—just like a real monarch!
