Schuyler School - Second grade KEEP students used take-out containers to create an arch for our unit on architecture. Students are learning about building features and designs so they can soon create their own vision of a dream house!

Schuyler School - Mr. Silpoch’s 4th grade class recently took part in an Egg Drop competition as part of their potential/kinetic energy science lesson. Students were asked to design a shield that would protect their egg from breaking after dropping it from 3 different heights. The percentage of eggs that survived without a crack was not "egg-cellent": (out of 10 eggs that were dropped only 2 survived) but students learned what they could do better for the next egg drop!
