On Tuesday, June 3rd, Mrs. Fasciano’s Juniors in the KHS Early College Academy visited the Hudson County Community College campus in Jersey City for their official orientation. The students listened to presentations from HCCC staff who notified them of a variety of services available to them on campus, received their college ID’s and took a tour of the buildings where they will attend classes come the Fall. We’re so excited for them to embark upon the final leg of this journey toward their Associate’s degree being completed next Spring!

Kearny High School's Glamour Gals Club has had an exciting spring! They spent time painting nails and playing games with the wonderful community at Alaris Health in April and May! A visitor recently sent the club a beautiful thank-you letter, expressing appreciation for their service.
Glamour Gals would like to thank all of their club members for their help this year but would especially like to thank their seniors for their time, dedication, and service to the club and their Kearny community! Finally, we would like to acknowledge Alexandra Jurado (President), Karla Bolivar (Vice President), and Litsy Then Mendez (Secretary) for founding the club last year and making a lasting impact in their community.
