Students in Mrs. Walsh’s, Mr. Flannery’s, Mrs. Molina’s, and Mrs. Ruthman’s classes from Washington recently wrapped up their life skills unit with a visit to LifeTown Shoppes!
Students had the opportunity to practice a variety of important real-world skills, including greeting employees, asking for assistance, purchasing movie tickets, ordering popcorn, and demonstrating safe street-crossing habits.
While exploring the different shops and activities, students gained valuable hands-on experience that helped build their confidence, independence, and community awareness.
