Pause. Breathe. Reset. 🌿 Take 2 minutes for a mindfulness break today:
1️⃣ Close your eyes and take a deep inhale through your nose.
2️⃣ Hold for 3 seconds.
3️⃣ Exhale slowly through your mouth.
4️⃣ Repeat 5 times.

✔️ Seated Leg Lifts – Lift one leg at a time, hold for a few seconds, and switch!
✔️ Chair Twists – Rotate your torso side to side for a core stretch.
✔️ Shoulder Rolls – Roll shoulders forward and backward to release tension.

Schuyler School - Mr. Silpoch's class celebrated opening day for Major League Baseball. First, they wrote letters to a major league team encouraging them to try their best this upcoming season! Then, as an incentive for winning the Achieve 3000 contest for four consecutive months, the students competed in a Nintendo Wii Homerun Derby! Congratulations to the final 4!
Schuyler School - Our students celebrated St. Patrick's Day wearing all the green they have!
Schuyler School - Mrs. Ferreira's class made exploding rainbows, a traveling rainbow and tried to catch a leprechaun. Maybe we'll get him next year!
Schuyler School - The Leprechaun visited Ms. DeRay's class today too! He read “How to Catch a Leprechaun” to the class and they were so excited to listen to his story. Such a special way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!
Schuyler School - Ms.Hoeller’s Prek class caught.a leprechaun today on St. Patrick’s Day! Our Leprechaun ( Mr.McShane) stayed for awhile to read books and do an activity ! Thank you for the visit! We loved it! ☘️
