On Friday, June 7th, Lincoln Middle School students assembled on Kearny Avenue to support their classmates, accompanied by guidance counselor Adele Mackin and Assistant Principal Matt Sleece, as they participated in the annual Special Olympics Torch Run event. Students contributed donations to the fundraiser and had the opportunity to run alongside the Kearny Police Department, carrying the Special Olympics torch.

🌍 Kearny's Real-Time Science Lesson 🌍 Today's unexpected earthquake is a perfect moment to see our 7th grade science lessons come to life. Remember those lab simulations we posted, where we tested buildings against quake levels? Lincoln Middle School will be hosting a COMMUNITY wide Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 13th from 9am-12noon in our Kearny Avenue schoolyard located at approximately 550 Kearny Avenue. There will lots of free giveaways, health screenings and information. This is 100% FREE for all residents of Kearny to attend no matter what age or grade, all are welcome!

Join us tonight for the LMS Open House! A special evening awaits our future 7th graders and their families, from 6-8 PM at 121 Beech Street. **We will have 2 tours beginning at approx. 6:30 and 7pm** Digital poster crafted by our own 7th graders, Logan and Vishal

We will open our doors Tuesday night @ 6pm for all current 6th graders residing in Kearny.

LMS girls Soccer intramurals inaugural season has also begun. Coach Millar will also work with the ladies throughout the spring. This will not interfere with club play.

Eighth-grade Lincoln Middle School Student Council members enjoyed a day with KHS Student Government members, getting a sneak peek into what they might expect next year. The students toured the high school, met with students and faculty, and participated in a Q&A session. It was a great day for the students all around, as they were able to gain insight into some of the ways the SGA is integral to our high school community.

We sincerely thank Mr. Fernando Coelho for guiding our students in health, mindfulness, and wellness at LMS the past two weeks. His expertise in yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness has made a significant impact.
