The Dental assisting II students participated in the Rutgers School of Dentistry's Decision for Dentistry program on Thursday November 2ndin Newark NJ. On their first visit, the students were paired up with Junior and senior Dental students as mentors, and given a tour of the dental school. Shortly thereafter, the students went to the pre-clinic where they took dental impressions on mannequins, and then poured them in stone. Our students naturally excelled since they have had much hands-on experience here in our classroom with this very procedure.
Nice Job!
