Keeping Kids Safe While Trick-or-Treating

Kearny Police Officer Damon Pein is part of the Kearny Police Department's program "Cops in Our Schools: Keeping Our Children Safe." This month he is concentrating on our younger students, visiting the Kindergarten through fourth grades. He is presenting 20 min lessons on personal safety and Halloween.
