Secretaries Learn Student Information System Data Base
Secretaries from the elementary schools, residency and Special Services Department received training on the new Student Information System to keep track of student data. The training was provided by Ed Solution. The instructor was Enrique.
The secretaries learned how to enter student information, edit information, and create reports.
The response from the secretaries and from Diane Malley, Secretary to the Assistant Superintendent, Dr. Ingrid Kiss, was very positive. The secretaries have been updating the system and will be using the system henceforth for student data.
The program will allow secretaries to generate reports and retrieve data for one or all students in their school. Following are more pictures of the secretaries learning the new Student Information System. Training took place in the KHS Media Center.
