COMMITTEE MEETING  
 
The Committee Chairman may call a meeting of his/her committee
at anytime. Copies of the announcement will be sent to the entire Board. Meeting minutes will be kept and sent to all Board members at the conclusion of the meeting.
 
If a Board member, who is not a member of the committee, wishes to attend, he/she must call the Chairman to inform him/her of their desire to attend. If another Board member calls (making him/her the fifth person) wishing to attend, the Committee Chairman would have to indicate to this fifth member and subsequent Board members that they cannot attend.
To do so, would violate the Sunshine Law.
